Terms of Use
Use Vane responsibly.
These Terms govern the Vane website and launcher. By using the service or approving a transaction prepared by Vane, you agree to them.
Effective September 7, 2026
1. Eligibility and acceptance
You may use Vane only if you are at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter a binding agreement, and may lawfully use the service where you live. If you use Vane for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it. You also represent that neither you nor the organization is a sanctioned or blocked person and that you are not using Vane for the benefit of one.
Do not use Vane if you do not understand these Terms, the Risk Disclosure, the Privacy Notice, or the wallet transactions presented for your approval.
2. What Vane does
Vane is an independent, accountless, non-custodial software interface. It helps you prepare token metadata, generate a random or vanity Solana mint key on your device, construct Pump or Raydium LaunchLab program transactions, and request signatures from your connected wallet. For Pump launches, Vane collects both requested wallet approvals before submitting the ordered launch and fee-sharing transactions through an atomic bundle service.
Vane does not custody your assets or seed phrase, operate Pump.fun, Stonkfun, or Raydium, guarantee transaction completion, provide an exchange, or provide investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice. You alone decide whether to approve each transaction. Cancelling either Pump approval prevents Vane from intentionally submitting the bundle.
3. Third-party services
Vane depends on third-party systems, including Solana, Pump, Stonkfun, Raydium and their on-chain programs, IPFS or metadata services, RPC providers, Jito’s bundle infrastructure, hosting infrastructure, and wallet software. Their own terms, privacy notices, fees, availability, and technical behavior apply separately. Vane does not control those services.
Vane is not sponsored, endorsed, or operated by Pump.fun, Stonkfun, or Raydium. References to them are descriptive and do not imply affiliation.
Before using Vane, review Pump’s Terms of Use, Privacy Notice, and fee schedule.
4. Vane fee and third-party costs
Vane currently charges no upfront creation fee. On the Pump.fun route, when the fee-sharing transaction is successfully finalized, the on-chain configuration reserves 25% of the Pump creator fees associated with the coin for Vane. The creator controls the remaining 75% and may keep it in the creator wallet or route portions to other Solana wallets selected at launch. The Stonkfun-compatible route does not currently reserve any creator-fee share for Vane.
The Pump split applies only to creator fees actually allocated and distributed by the relevant Pump programs. It is not a percentage of token supply, trading volume, liquidity, user sale proceeds, or protocol fees.
Pump launches include a small third-party bundle tip paid from the creator wallet. The amount is shown in the launcher before signing and is not paid to Vane.
Fee-sharing recipients and percentages are finalized on-chain and may not be editable after setup. You are responsible for every recipient address and for obtaining permission to use any organization’s or charity’s name. Vane does not verify charitable status, guarantee that a recipient controls an address, or represent that a routed payment is tax deductible.
Solana network fees, priority fees, wallet fees, Pump, Stonkfun or Raydium fees, graduation fees, trading fees, transfer fees, and other third-party costs may apply. Third-party fees and creator-fee schedules may change. The transaction and applicable on-chain programs control if a displayed estimate differs from an executed result.
5. Your responsibilities and representations
You represent and agree that:
- you control the connected wallet and will review every address, instruction, fee, and amount before signing;
- you own or have all necessary rights to the token name, symbol, image, description, and links you submit;
- your token and its promotion will not be fraudulent, misleading, defamatory, unlawful, or an infringement of another person’s rights;
- you are responsible for securities, commodities, consumer protection, advertising, tax, anti-money-laundering, sanctions, and other laws that may apply to you or your token; and
- you will not promise profits, guaranteed returns, price support, liquidity, utility, charitable payments, or affiliations that do not exist.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use Vane to:
- violate law, sanctions, court orders, or the rights of any person;
- impersonate another person, organization, brand, public figure, or project;
- create or promote scams, rug pulls, pump-and-dump schemes, wash trading, market manipulation, malware, phishing, or deceptive financial activity;
- upload unlawful, exploitative, hateful, violent, sexually abusive, privacy-invasive, or infringing material;
- probe, overload, disrupt, reverse engineer, bypass, or abuse Vane’s security controls or infrastructure; or
- use automated access that materially degrades the service or evades reasonable limits.
Vane may restrict access, decline to relay requests, or cooperate with lawful investigations when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or others.
7. Public and irreversible records
Token metadata may be uploaded to public, content-addressed storage, and transactions and wallet addresses are recorded on a public blockchain. Those records may be permanent, replicated, indexed, and outside Vane’s ability to edit or delete. Do not submit personal, confidential, or unlawfully obtained information.
8. Wallet and security
You are solely responsible for your wallet, device, recovery phrase, private keys, transaction approvals, and account security. Vane will never ask you to type or send a seed phrase or private key. A vanity mint key exists only in volatile browser memory and can be lost if the page closes or reloads before launch.
9. Intellectual property
Vane and its software, branding, and interface are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You retain your rights in materials you submit, while granting Vane and necessary service providers a limited license to process, transmit, display, and store those materials solely to operate the service and complete your requested launch.
10. No warranties
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Vane is provided “as is” and “as available.” Vane’s maintainers disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. There is no guarantee that a vanity search, upload, transaction, coin, market, fee stream, or third-party service will be available, accurate, secure, profitable, or successful.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Vane’s maintainers, contributors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of assets, keys, data, profits, fees, goodwill, or opportunities; or losses caused by user error, market movement, smart contracts, blockchains, wallets, third parties, or unauthorized access.
Subject to applicable law, aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of US $100 or the amount you paid directly to Vane during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
12. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Vane’s maintainers, contributors, and service providers from claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your token, submitted materials, promotion, violation of law, infringement of rights, or breach of these Terms.
13. Changes and termination
Vane may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may update these Terms prospectively. Material changes will be identified by a revised effective date or other reasonable notice. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
14. General terms
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without consent. Vane’s maintainers may transfer administration of the interface and these Terms to a successor. These Terms, the Privacy Notice, and the Risk Disclosure are the entire agreement concerning Vane.
